Manager - Human Centered Design
Nous Group is an international management consultancy with over 750 people operating across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Ireland and Canada. Nous parters with leaders in the private, public and community sectors on issues that have a substantial positive influence on people's lives. As a Manager in their Human Centered Design team, I managed several innovative human-centered design projects that significantly improved operational efficiencies and user experiences across government and non-profit sectors.
Highlights of my work as a Manager at Nous Group
Managed an end to end service redesign of a Vic government agency’s end to end consumer environmental permit application processes. Radically improved efficiency and processing times, saving 913 days in assessing time p/y for EPA assessing officers, and $3.6 million p/y for Victorian businesses.
Managed the co-design of a NSW government agency’s employee engagement program for 850 staff. Engaged 100+ diverse stakeholders in end to end co-design process empowering teams to design their own work-life. High client feedback score.
Conducted lived-experience research on families living with Childhood Dementia’s interactions with Australian health services, articulating the challenges that families faced. Created a business case used by a NFP in Australia for their advocacy for young people and their families.
Lead design consultant on the co-design of a restorative staff complaints process, at a NSW government organisation of 1000 staff. Engaged and facilitated 100+ diverse stakeholders in research to understand the problem area, contribute to insights, ideation and testing of prototypes. High client feedback score.
